Welcome to WatchList ("we," "our," or "us"). WatchList is a product of Loading Technologies, LLC ("the Parent Company"). By using our mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

a. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 4 years old.

  • Create an account using accurate and up-to-date information.

b. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Refrain from engaging in harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to:

    • Impersonating others.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App, such as reviews, watchlists, and ratings ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App to improve user experience.

c. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations.

  • Contains hate speech, threats, or offensive material.

  • Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

Data and Account Deletion

Account deletion is available on the app settings page. Upon deletion of account, all associated data will be removed from WatchList.
